Lee Aigue grew up and went to school in a multicultural, multi-ethnic environment.

He has worked over thirty years on racial and cultural equity campaigns and initiatives.

His early experiences in a mostly white college setting demonstrated to him the problems that many have in recognizing how cultural systems and procedures frequently favor anglo citizens and often place BIPOC people in difficult or inequitable conditions.
